The Guidance Counselor is a full-time professional at North Dorchester Middle School who provides services to students, parents, and teachers. Realizing that each individual is unique, the guidance program has been developed for all students. It focuses on identifying student needs and providing services that deal with:
*Personal and academic growth
*Educational and career planning
*Interpersonal skills
